Booking Policies & Requirements
Minimum Stay
A 5-night minimum stay is required during peak summer season. Off-season stays requires a 4-night minimum.
Check-in & Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM to allow for professional cleaning. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your departure date.
House Rules
This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. We respect our Sea Pines neighbors and ask for quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Guest Capacity
